S&C - 25 min. TRX full body workout
swim - 25 min.; with 100m time-trial (1:30)

run - 55 min., hilly, but easy pace
run - RACE! Resolution 5K; PR (22:53) mountain biking - 1 hr. rest - injured rest - injured run - 1hr, easy; last 10 min. at marathon pace (8:20)

run - 1 hr; interval training (7 x 400m @ 8.3 mph)
bike-run brick - 30 min on spin bike, 15 min on treadmill at ~9 min. pace
bike - 30 min. on spin bike

S&C - legs and core workout; 37 min.
run - 90 min, 9.7 mi.; easy + tempo
bike - 90 min

S&C - arms & core, 25 min.
run - 3 mi. easy, 3 mi. @ MP
