- 80% vegan diet - unless eggs are from a friend’s chicken
- 3-day juicing every 90-120 days

Fitness/Racing/Training:
- half-marathon at BQ pace (8:23) (1:49:49)
- 5k @ sub-7:15 pace
- Ironman Lake Placid - have fun! go for beating IMFL times!
- BQ marathon (Seattle or Portland) - (1) PR <3:58, (2) 3:49, (3) BQ 3:40
- strength training 3 days a week (Jan-Mar), 2 days/week (Apr-Jul)
- after Aug - at least 2 backpacking trips in PNW
Family/Relationships:
- keep in touch with friends all over the world
- eat lunch once a month with someone you don't regularly see
- birthday cards to family and close friends
- $10/mo. random act of kindness
